Vision
A society where every individual, regardless of their disability, gender, age, or socio-economic background, has the opportunity to thrive and live a dignified life — with equal access to education, healthcare, livelihood, and legal protection.
We do not envision a separate world for people with disabilities. We envision one world — inclusive, equal, and built for every person in it.
Mission
To uplift marginalised communities through sustainable development programmes focusing on education, healthcare, economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, and social justice — while ensuring equal rights for all, especially women, children, and persons with disabilities.
Our mission is not to do things for people with disabilities. It is to create the conditions in which they can do things for themselves.
Goal
To bring about sustainable socio-economic change in the target areas — promoting inclusive development, improving access to basic services, and advocating for the rights and welfare of marginalised groups in rural Andhra Pradesh.
Sustainability, not dependency. Systemic change, not seasonal relief.
Our Core Values
At SKRPWS, our values are not decorative. They are the standard against which every staff member, every programme, and every institutional decision is measured. They were defined in our early years and have not changed — because the fundamentals of what it means to serve with integrity do not change.
